This position is ideal for someone who can collect and draw meaningful conclusions from data, solve problems, and work closely with others in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Position
This is a full-time, non-exempt, position with fixed working hours of Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. This is an on-site position located in City of Industry, 91744. Travel may be required up to 25%.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for our sales team and customers, helping troubleshoot and resolve inquiries by being a product knowledge and process specialist.
- Run and distribute key sales reports including backorder, open order, and inventory reports as needed.
- Use systems such as NetSuite, Excel, and Google Sheets to organize, track, and report data
- Receive and initiate sales and dealer calls with professionalism
- Coordinate product returns and credits / exchanges
- Support internal sales promotions and assist with marketing initiatives
- Help gather and organize information for merchandising strategies and competitive analysis
- Take on additional duties and projects as needed
What You’ll Bring
Required Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to follow through and resolve issues
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
- Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet skills (Excel formulas, Google Sheets)
- Confident phone presence and professional customer service demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales support role
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP (a plus but not required)
- Interest or background in the firearms and optics industry
Compensation
· Pay up to $4,000 per month ($25.53/hour), depending on experience
· Bonus pay can equal 14 months of pay in a 12 month period, depending on company and personal performance as well as longevity with the company
