About Us

At Holosun, we deliver outstanding products and support to our customers. As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our sales team. This position is ideal for someone who can collect and draw meaningful conclusions from data, solve problems, and work closely with others in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Position

This is a full-time, non-exempt, position with fixed working hours of Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. This is an on-site position located in City of Industry, 91744. Travel may be required up to 25%.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for our sales team and customers, helping troubleshoot and resolve inquiries by being a product knowledge and process specialist.
  • Run and distribute key sales reports including backorder, open order, and inventory reports as needed.
  • Use systems such as NetSuite, Excel, and Google Sheets to organize, track, and report data
  • Receive and initiate sales and dealer calls with professionalism
  • Coordinate product returns and credits / exchanges
  • Support internal sales promotions and assist with marketing initiatives
  • Help gather and organize information for merchandising strategies and competitive analysis
  • Take on additional duties and projects as needed

What You’ll Bring

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to follow through and resolve issues
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet skills (Excel formulas, Google Sheets)
  • Confident phone presence and professional customer service demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales support role
  • Familiarity with NetSuite ERP (a plus but not required)
  • Interest or background in the firearms and optics industry

Compensation

· Pay up to $4,000 per month ($25.53/hour), depending on experience

· Bonus pay can equal 14 months of pay in a 12 month period, depending on company and personal performance as well as longevity with the company
